My truck died just south of Waupaca heading back to Oshkosh on a Sunday afternoon. I called A-C-E, and Kevin said he would leave right away to come get me. I had coasted into a parking lot which didn't leave much room to work.,  He was able to maneuver enough to get me hooked up and towed be back to Oshkosh, dropped the truck at my mechanics shop and then gave me a ride to my house. Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Great guy and does an excellent job!

So I’m towing my boat on the way to Canada for vacation. I get 30 minutes away and my trailer blows a tire (all fairly new tires). I call Ace. Kevin picks up the phone without having to leave a message. He sourced a new tire, and was to my broken down self, on the side of the highway situation in short order. He replaced my new tire in minutes and I was on my way. Kevin, I hope I don’t have to call you again, but if I need something, you’re getting the call. And if you’re someone in need of his services, you should too.

Kevin was really nice and VERY efficient with helping me with my car. I had accidentally locked my keys in my car and when he had come over to help get my car unlocked, he was super friendly and had gotten it unlocked in about 15 seconds. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and offered me tips on how to not lock my keys in my car.
